出雲大社と直島地中美術館の個人的共通項 individual feeling between Izumo shrine and Tichu museum in Naoshima

出国も2週間を切り、家族で旅行へ行っています。1日目は出雲大社。

以前から考えていたのは、神社の空間をインスタレーション作品として捉えると面白いなということです。

クルーズの仕事をしてから、色々な宗教建築をみて来ましたが、神社は秀逸なインスタレーションだと思います。

何もないこと空間を作ることで緊張感を持たせるのは神社ならではでないでしょうか。

直島の地中美術館が目指しているのはそんな感覚じゃないのかと個人的には感じます。

As I'll leave Japan within one week, I trip with my family. The first day is Izumo shrine.

I thought the space of shrine is interesting if we recognize it as installation.

After starting to work in cruise line, I watched many religious buildings.

And I think shrine is really great installation work.

By setting emptiness, shrine gives us special feeling. I thing this is shrine.

Tichu museum try to give us such a feeling. This is my individually inspiration.
