ゴラン高原へ行った1日目。そこへ行く前に、様々な場所に立ち寄りました。

ゲストのトイレに合わせて行ったのがメロンという場所。https://ja.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/メロン_(イスラエル)

ユダヤ教徒にとって重要な場所の一つだそうで、ユダヤ教の信者さんが男女に分かれて教会内で祈りを捧げていました。

ユダヤ教について知識は持ち合わせてなかったのですが、独特の雰囲気を持った場所でした。

入り口を進むと、経典を片手に壁に向かいながら身体を前後に揺らす大勢の人。
熱気にあふれたその中で、観光客、特に唯一のアジア人である私は特に奇異に映るらしく、周りからじろじろと見られました。。。

とはいえ、日本では味わったことのない雰囲気味わえたユダヤ教の宗教空間でした。(寺院でのお坊さんによる読経などはユダヤ教の人から同じように異世界に感じるのでしょうか。)

各宗教における考え方(常識)、またそれに基づく儀式と言うのは、各々で全く違うんだと認識したメロンでの一コマでした。

I went to Golan heights in first day. Before going there, I visited many places.
For going restroom for our guests, I visited the place called Meron.

This is one of the most important holy places for Jewish. Jewish believers went inside separately divided men and women and pray in the church.

I didn't have any special knowledge about Jewish. It had special atmosphere.
After the entrance, there were many people who were shaking their body by keeping bible in one hand.
In the church that has full of enthusiasm, visitors, especially me because I'm only Asian, was watched from surrounding...

I've never experienced such mood. It was special space of Jewish.( the situation that Japanese Buddhist monks read the scripture in the temple would give same feeling to Jew.)
Each religion has own belief, thinking( or common sense) and ceremony on the basis from them.
They are totally different each religion.
I learned it in Meron.
