フランセズィニアって知ってますか？？ ポルトガルのポルトから francesinha

無事にポルトガルに着き、友人と再会した翌日、ヨーロッパで今一番熱いらしいポルトに遊びに来ました。

そのことはまた追って書きますが、ここポルトにあるフランセズィニアという郷土料について今回書きます。

私はまだ日本で聞いたことがありませんが、東京あたりせパンケーキとかの流れから流行りそうな気がします。

ソーセージとステーキをパンで挟み、チーズで包んで、卵を載せる。(日本で流行りそうな要素がすでに多く含まれています)

決め手はソースで辛くも甘くもなく、でもスパイスが少しだけ聞いたもので、今まで体験したことのない味でしたが美味しかった。

I reached Portugal safely and after meetings friend, I went to Porto where is the most fashionable city in Europe next day.

I'll write it later, this time the topic is about Francesinha that is the local food in Porto.

I have never heard in Japan yet, my instinct told me this food will be boom in Tokyo from the stream of pancake.

Sausage and steak is inserted into bread and they cover it with cheese and put the egg on top( there are many factors that Japanese loves it)

The point is sauce. It's not hot or sweet but a little bit spicy. I have never tasted it but it was delicious.
