それは何と言うか、海外でこの仕事に携わって思うのは、東洋医学に期待を持っている人は必ず大勢いること。

そして、自分たちの考え出した医学(中国が起源ですが、日本も長い歴史があります)に興味と自信を持って欲しいなと思います。

日本にいるとわかりにくい感覚かもしれませんが。。。

あともうひとつ思うのは、受けようと思う人、受けないと思う人は、日本人だから何々人だからというんじゃなくて、単純にそういう医学が好きか、自分の身体を大切にするかなどの問題に帰結するんだろうなということです。

かくいう私も、社会人になるまで東洋医学のことを全然知らなかったので人のことは言えません。

高3の時に腰痛を患い、ヘルニアの手術を受けましたが、正直言ってその当時、鍼灸を考えたことがありませんでした。今は非常に後悔しています。

その理由はまた後日。

I think how to explain well, when I do acupuncture treatment in foreign countries, I really think that many people expect oriental medicine definitely.

And this medicine is our original( origin is China but we also have long history in Japan). I hope you are interested at it and have confidence to develop it.

It might be difficult for you to feel it...

Furthermore I think the person who receive oriental medicine or not doesn't relate whether you are Japanese or not. It relate with simply you like such a medicine and thinking or you concern your body seriously or not.

To be honest, I didn't know oriental medicine until graduating university, I don't have right to say above opinion...

When I was 3rd grade of high school student, I had severe lower back pain and doctor diagnosed you have herniated disc.

I don't have knowledge about oriental medicine so I just follow doctors opinion and receive surgery.

Now I really regret to receive it.
