アマゾン川一日ツアー その1 Amazon river tour no.1

マナウスというアマゾン川最大の都市で一日オフだったので、リバークルーズをしてきました。

料金は100ドル。朝から夕方までの一日ツアーです。

As I was one day off at Manaus that is the biggest city in Amazon river, I join the river cruise. The price is $100. It's one day tour from morning to late afternoon.

1) アマゾン川とリオネグロ川の合流地点

アマゾンでは有名な観光名所で、茶色の水と透き通った水との合流地点をみました。

温度などの違いから、水がすぐには混ざりきらず、2つの川の合流(しようとする)距離は50kmにも及ぶそうです。

私のイメージとは裏腹に、透き通った川の温度は高く、濁った水の方が冷たかったです。

手を入れながら川を横切った時は、その温度の違いに驚きました。

1) metering point between Amazon river and rio negro river

In Amazon river, this is famous sight seeing spot. I went to the point the brown water and pure water pass across by boat.

Due to the difference of temperature etc,, they don't be mixed soon and the distance for getting together is 50km.

This is the opposite of my image, pure water is higher temperature and brown one is lower.

When I touch and across these 2 rivers, I'm surprised how difference they are.
